What you'll do
Join Monica in our Homebush West Moreish Sugar Studio to take your cake decorating skills to the next level. Learn how to make pretty in pink buttercream flowers, which you will use to create six super cute cupcakes (cuppies).This workshop is great for beginners as we talk all things buttercream, fondant details, wafer paper butterflies, edible sprinkles and edible glitter.Suitable for all levels.What's included:
- Learn the ins and outs of butter.
- We will be making Cake Cream on the day and using them on our cuppies.
- We will talk about baking cupcakes and troubleshooting tips.
- Learn to colour buttercream.
- We will be using Moreish Ruffle piping tips which are ideal for beginners to piping.
- How to colour and roll fondant.
- How to cut shapes and make simple shapes and cute flowers.
