Even though it was a remote session (and would have been more fun if we were all together in the same room), it was engaging and the instructions were clear and very helpful. It was fairly intense and so you couldn't afford to miss any of the steps as there was quite a lot to get through - this reduced the time for team banter and conversation. However, I now have the confidence to make dumplings on my own

  • 5/5 from Julie Pike, attended Oct 2021: I received this class as a gift from a dear friend for my "big" birthday during lockdown and it was the perfect present. The teacher Dylan was very clear, and went at a good pace. The class was for 2 hours but it felt like 30 minutes, as very engaging. I regularly make dumplings but have never made the wrappers and this is what I was most excited about and believe was the highlight of this class. The instructions were great, and Dylan made sure we were all keeping up and showed us clearly with his camera so we knew what ours were supposed to look like. I will never buy wonton wrappers again. I also enjoyed learning to make the different dumpling shapes, and to top it off the dumplings were delicious along with the sauce.
