Join Indian food connoisseur, cook, and writer Bhavna Kalra for an immersive and practical workshop where you’ll learn to create authentic Indian desserts using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

In this four-hour workshop, you will:
Discover the fascinating history behind each dessert we’ll be preparing
Master essential Indian cooking techniques with useful tips and tricks

By the end of the session, you’ll leave with the confidence and know-how to prepare delicious Indian desserts at home—without the stress.

Gulab Jamuns – Soft ricotta dumplings in a fragrant sugar syrup
Almond Halwa – Rich, nutty, and perfectly textured
Coconut & Almond Ladoos – Fudgy, bite-sized treats
Mohanthal – Gluten-free traditional fudge
Seviyan ki Kheer – Creamy vermicelli pudding
Karanji – Coconut & jaggery stuffed pastries
