Jessica Pedemont has over 25 years of experience in the culinary arts.

Her passion and focus is pastry, chocolate and sugar craft. She has travelled the world – working, studying and teaching in some of the finest establishments in the industry. As a scholarship winner, Jessica represented Australia, competing at both local and international levels. As a recipient of distinctions and awards from sweet to savoury she continues to strive for excellence in all culinary endeavours.

Food is creative enterprise – constantly evolving. From age old traditions to cutting edge trends, Jessica enjoys drawing the whole spectrum of culinary history, pushing boundaries to deliver a highly personal experience for her clients.

What a fun afternoon! We had a great time learning to make modelling chocolate with Jessica. Then we all watched the demonstration and decorated our cupcakes. The equipment box we took home is full of top quality bits, so we can practice at home.
And the lovely cupcakes for dessert!

Jess was a great host, she kept the class engaged and had a lot of knowledge in the chocolate domain. The tasting kit included so many different types and forms of chocolate, we really learnt a lot!

Even before the class started, I had a good feeling. We had an issue with the Post, and the communication with Jessica and all her follow-up were amazing.
The class itself was enjoyed by the whole team. Jessica's passion and knowledge travel really well through the screen! The hour went super fast!
The samples are also top quality!
So, highly recommend it!
