Learn how to make traditional Italian pasta using the best local organic ingredients, traditional techniques, and tips to prepare the finest fresh pasta from scratch at this pasta making class in Surry Hills.

Create your own pasta dough from scratch using the secret of pasta flour mixes that your teacher will take you through. Don't worry if you're new to cooking, our teachers will guide you through every step of the way.

Learn how to make a wide selection of different pasta shapes from ravioli to cappelletti, linguine to strozzapreti.

At the end of the class, you will enjoy a meal that includes some of your own creations plus additional items made by professional chefs:

  • Mixed organic leaf salad or seasonal vegetables
  • ‘Primi’ course of two pastas
