On the day
  • 01. Demonstration - The chef demonstrates the recipe, what needs to be done and best practices
  • 02. Hands-on cooking - The teams get their hands dirty and reproduce the menu with the support and supervision of the chef
  • 03. A little competition! - The chef will judge the dishes, adding a bit of fun and a bit of competition between the teams
With options like the Dessert Challenge, Pasta Challenge, Seafood Challenge and Spice Challenge, your team will have the opportunity to learn new cooking skills and create delicious dishes to share.
Dessert Challenge
Whip it, mix it and bake it! More than just watching, it's also hands on. Teams get to practice amazing desserts before going home to show off with family & friends!
Pasta Challenge
Everything that you'd want to know about making fantastic fresh pasta. Teams enjoy three hours of hands on pasta making, so they get to watch, cook and eat! YUM!
Seafood Challenge
A self contained cooking class designed to discover delicious new ways to prepare popular seafood recipes and impress even the fussiest foodie!
Spice Challenge
Discover, blend and cook with spices. This hands-on lesson will ensure that each participant can cook a selection of exotic finger foods, curries, rice and chutney dishes.
What you'll get
We've got you covered with everything you need - from equipment to aprons and all the necessary tools! The class itself lasts approximately 2.5 hours, not including your eating session where we all get to taste the food we made together.
