Hi I’m Deb. All my life I have been a maker, crafter and artist. Now I’ve found my true passion - teaching.
I believe that being creative has positive benefits for your general well-being and more importantly your mental health. Being creative in a group environment provides the extra benefit of social stimulation.
I have been teaching in a number of disciplines for the past 5 years. I have a beautiful and inspiring studio in Summer Hill where I teach furniture upcycling, knitting and how to make terrariums- to name a few. Check my Google reviews to hear what my students have had to say!

So much fun! Deb is great, and the class was very relaxed and well paced. She shared lots of useful info about terrariums and how to look after them. and there were lots of great plants to put in. The high tea was amazing too.

The Terrarium Workshop and High Tea was a really unique way to celebrate my bestfriend’s hens party. Deborah our instructor guided us throughout the workshop. She has a calm, friendly and encouraging demeanor. Together with the High Tea, it was definitely great value. We were surprised by the outstanding service provided by Deborah and her team. The high tea room was beautifully set up, they even asked us what music we prefer and allowed to decorate the room although it was already so nicely set up we didn’t need to do much. The food was yummy and fresh. Love the scones! All in all, they went above and beyond to ensure we really enjoyed our time. I recommend this to everyone looking for a high quality experience.

Thank you Deborah and Greg, I had a fabulous day transforming an old, dull piece of furniture to a revamped, dashing piece! Deborah is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend this workshop.
