Let's make wontons and dumplings! In this hands-on class, Natasha will demonstrate her favourite dishes for wontons and dumplings.

Come and enjoy a full demonstration, a delicious four-course meal and get a bit hands-on when learning traditional methods to take home to your kitchen. Natasha’s class series include methods and dishes from Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan and Malaysia. All areas where Natasha has frequently visited, lived and trained where she has obtained the base flavours and methods over the last 35 years.

During this class, you will get hands-on and learn to make wontons and dumplings. Learn the stories and history of wontons and dumplings and taste the different methods for different dishes from all over China.

The menu is seasonal and subject to change but below is an example of the dishes you will create during the class.

Sample menu:

  • Classic pork dumplings in a black sour and spicy sauce
  • Beef and mushroom dumplings with a chilli dipping sauce
  • Szechuan cucumber salad
  • Pork and vegetable wontons in a Cantonese chicken soup

Each guest will leave with a small complimentary gift pack of ingredients that reflect the class or region of the class. Classes or parts can be adapted to suit Vegans and Vegetarians.

Natasha’s four S’s of Salty, Sweet, Spicy and Sour is taught in every class. This is a key element to Natasha’s teachings to obtain a great balance of flavours, no matter what cuisine.

Natasha also offers ‘private classes’ at any venue or at your home, catering for events and corporate motivational classes. You can select from her various classes or with six or more people we can design your own private class.

Please note: Public dates for this class require at least 6 guests to run. In the unlikely event that we don't reach this number, we'll cancel the class; in this case we'll inform you and allow you to get a refund or reschedule, so please watch your email/SMS one day prior to the class.

An adult must accompany any attending kids, and must pay for a separate ticket.
