($100 per Class + BYO Drum, $120 per Class + Drum hire, $150 per 1 hour private tutoring)

Join our West African Drumming course in Brunswick and come on an adventure into African drumming and history with master drummer Ousmane Sonko.
Ousmane has lived in Australia for 14 years and has featured in international productions, as well as teaching drumming locally and at music schools in Senegal. He loves sharing his culture through song and rhythm.
Join our ADUNTA! Drumming community in Melbourne. Our aim is to create a positive drumming community across the city.
Knowledge required
Beginners welcome.
 
What you'll get
  • Drum, laugh and have fun learning African drumming.
  • In each class, you will learn a song and drumming sequence that you can play together as a group.
  • Each week, you will learn a new rhythm. Have fun learning and practicing!
What to bring
Bring water and your drum if you have one. If not, we will provide a drum.
 
Session repeats

This class series runs over 4 consecutive sessions, at the same time every 2 weeks.
