An evening of release, creating space for the new to enter our lives.

Be guided by one of our very experienced Yoga instructors as we create an inclusive full moon ritual, with a focus on releasing the things that no longer serve us (be that habits, thought patterns, behaviours etc) and creating space for the new to enter our lives.
Our studio will be transformed into a magical, zen like space where we will move through some guided meditations, pranayama (breath-work) and gentle asana (yoga poses), as well as some guided writing exercises. We will provide pillows and blankets and will have a few spare yoga mats, however we encourage students to bring their own. Students will receive a yoga nidra (guided meditation) recording and a booklet containing breathing and meditation exercises to do at home.
These are nights to remember where you can expect a curated playlist, specialty non-alcoholic drinks and snacks, and an awesome vibe. Everybody is welcome and no prior experience is necessary, contrary to some beliefs you do NOT need to be flexible to do yoga, ALL bodies and abilities are welcome and encouraged to join.

Haylee was unreal! I cannot recommend this workshop more. She was so engaging with the crowd, and educated those around her where possible. She provided the most amazing plants, soil, vessels, and decorations. It was a slightly older crowd we had, she was extremely patient and answered all questions. Also being able to take away something from this was so special, our unique little piece.

I loved the classroom vibe and teacher was nice but I think it was a little pricey and was little disappointed on the lack of plant variety. Like there was a limited amount of plants we all had to share and with only a couple of unique ones, so if another person grabbed one you really liked first you were out of luck. There was a good variety of decorations though.

This was a truly wonderful experience! The teacher was very engaging, warm and went at a good pace for everyone to be able to keep up. We had plenty of materials and options to make our terrariums - including plants and decorations. My favourite aspect was probably the creativity involved in choosing a good plant combo and then dressing it up at at the end. Also a nice selection of drinks and food to nibble on. Class was good however getting home was an issue. Meaning, we did not get home because no one informed us that the car park gets locked at 9:00pm. After some nibbles supporting local business, we return to our cars locked an no means to get home. We contacted the teacher who did nothing to help besides say she has yoga at 6am. The security also did not help. We spent lots of money on taxi getting home. Disappointed and unsafe. Please contact me.

The Tipsy Terrarium session was fantastic! The teacher brang with her a wealth of knowledge about plants making the session not only creative and enjoyable but also highly educational.

This was a fun afternoon out. The plants were well taken care of, the materials were well prepared and the teacher explained clearly what we needed to do. I didn't really learn much but if you are looking for a relaxing afternoon activity, this is a good one.

The teacher was fantastic! The venue was a little hard to find but well worth it, and well worth the money - you get to make a terrarium which would be honestly quite expensive bought in-store, and the "tipsy" part of the program wasn't just one measly glass of champagne. Alcohol selection was great and bountiful. A huge bonus is also learning about plant care generally on top of terrarium creation!

The teacher was great, and willing to answer questions about the class, and also seemed very knowledgeable on the topic. The plants supplied were very hardy and look really great. I felt like the teacher didn't really interact with all the participants in the class effectively. I get that it is hard to do online classes and be engaging with all participants, sometimes more shy people slip through the cracks. My internet connection dropped out partway through the class so I may have missed out on some instruction.

My favourite post Melbourne lockdown activity is a Class Bento workshop. My new tropical plant babies arrived safely & snuggly packed to withstand the rough postal journey. "The Plant Whisperer" was wonderful zoom company, guided us, answered questions & when we parted, I had a wonderful terrarium & the knowledge to help it thrive. I enjoyed it so much, this was my second terrarium created with "The Plant Whisperer"

Wonderful communication from the teacher (as I had a few questions about my kit!), everything arrived well packed and very quickly! It was a really easy to follow along session with the opportunity to ask the teacher any plant related questions. Maybe didn’t need to be done via a live zoom session (a card with instructions would have done fine too), but it was still great to have that live coaching if needed (particularly while in lockdown) ! Happy with my creation

Such a fun family experience. We made 3 Terrariums! Kids loved it. Much needed after months of lockdown. Would definitely recommend. The teacher was great.
