Be guided by our founder Haylee, an experienced Yoga and Meditation instructor as we create an inclusive full moon ritual space, with a focus on releasing the things that no longer serve us (be that habits, thought patterns, behaviours etc) and creating space for the new to enter our lives. We will journey through all of the main Chakras within the body using ancient techniques, and have space at the end to process what is brought to light.
Our studio will be transformed into a magical, zen like space where we'll move through guided meditations, pranayama (breath-work) and gentle asana (yoga poses), as well as guided writing exercises at the end. We will provide pillows and blankets and will have a few spare yoga mats, however we encourage students to bring their own. These are powerful sessions and we recommend keeping your evening free afterwards so you can have space to integrate what we learn.
These are nights to remember where you can expect a curated playlist, specialty non-alcoholic drinks and snacks, and an awesome vibe. Everybody is welcome and no prior experience is necessary, contrary to some beliefs you do NOT need to be flexible to do yoga, ALL bodies and abilities are welcome and encouraged to join.
