Glassblowing and mosaics are great for your wellbeing
Glass blowing classes and mosaic classes run slightly differently, but they’re both designed to be fun and entertaining for people of all experience levels. In both types of classes, your knowledgeable glassblowing and mosaic teacher will tell you everything you need to know to get started. Then, they’ll hand the reins over to you so that you can do the really impressive work of creating your masterpieces. Once the class is over, you’ll be able to take your work home with you to proudly display or give as a thoughtful gift to a loved one.
Any class that invites you to be as focused as a glassblowing and mosaic class is going to have wonderful mindfulness benefits. You’ll learn to turn off your over-analytic brain in order to trust your intuition and creativity. The effects are overwhelmingly positive. You’ll enjoy better focus throughout the day. You’ll build confidence. And, perhaps most importantly, you’ll relax. At the end of your glassblowing and mosaic classes, you’ll feel charged and rejuvenated, ready to take on the world with more ease and intentionality.
