This class is great for a birthday party. The teacher was very insightful and patient. Easier to drive to the location then walk. I learnt a lot about the basics of flower arranging. Would highly recommend this class!

I've always wanted to learn how to arrange a bouquet of flowers properly. This class was exactly what I was looking for to learn the basic techniques to arrange a beautiful bouquet of flowers.
The teacher was very welcoming and hands-on. The class didn't feel rushed, which meant we felt like there was enough time to practice. There was time to ask questions also.

Wonderful class, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They helped when needed and gave relevant advice and feedback throughout the experience. They offered nibbles and beverages to enjoy. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun. The class was also excellent value for money, I left with a big bouquet of flowers and confidence that I could create a bunch for family or friends. Thoroughly enjoyed my first class on the weekend.

The vibe was upbeat, everyone enjoyed interacting and importantly we had a teacher + support person amongst 8 attendees. So it was good, we were able to correct/ improve our technique.

I look forward to doing another class with Hayfever flowers.

Love it - love it - love it! I was eager to know how to make a modern-style bouquet, after done with this workshop I was able to make a stunning modern-style as well as a front-facing (presentation) bouquet. Ayelet is a superb florist - Indeed an award-winning florist! She guided me on the technique, colour and proportion of the floral. She is a lovely, outgoing person, a great advisor and a teacher. Love the shop too - stunning! Whether you want to keep up with current trends or enhance your skills in floristry, this is the place, highly recommend! Floristry 101 was a terrific experience from the moment I walked in the door. I was the only attendee so was able to soak up all the 1 on 1 attention. Ayelet gave lots of encouragement and shared her passion for flowers. Thoroughly enjoyed my afternoon and now have 2 beautiful mementos taking pride of place at home. Such a great workshop! Ayelet, the teacher knows her stuff and was so happy to share her wealth of knowledge. I can’t believe how much I learnt and can take away and use to create beautiful bunches or boxes of flowers. The workshop was held in her florist shop and was such a lovely space, surrounded by fresh stunning flowers. We laughed, sipped wine, ate yummy cheese and biscuits, all while creating our take home flower arrangements. Can’t wait to attend another workshop here in the future.
