In this hands-on class, you will learn every stage in the art of making and pressing your own tofu, made with the very best Australian soybeans.

You will see how tofu by-products such as okara, the soybean that is used in Japanese cooking and real soy milk are made. We will also discuss recipes and variations.

Make and take home a small block of tofu, and learn how to make Agedashi Tofu, a delicious tofu recipe that we'll eat in class together!



Knowledge required
This class is beginner-friendly and does not require any kitchen experience.

All raw products will be prepared and jarred individually.
Cooked items will still be done in small groups, but gloves and individual utensils will be available for all students during the class
