What an amazing experience! From the gorgeous sunrise on Manly Beach to the empowering breathwork and icebath session. I have not had these experiences before and I love how our teacher Fabian has packaged these two modalities together. From our arrival Fabian made you feel so nurtured and relaxed. The other bonus was the support and caring of the group he had attracted. Im looking forward to working with Vibe Raising again soon.
