Introduction to Pattern Making Workshop

If you want to start your pattern-making adventure, this course is perfect for you; you'll learn the fundamental skills to start hacking and drafting your own sewing patterns!

Such as rotating darts, adding seams and adding volume to your patterns through flare and gather. As well as learning pattern terminology, how to finish your patterns and tips for turning a design into a pattern.

All the material is pre-recorded so that you can go at your own pace. With Try-It-Yourself exercises throughout to put your new skills into practise!

We design our online courses to be as hands-on as an in-person workshop, yet with the flexibility to work in your own time!

Beginner friendly. This course is designed for beginners. However, it's helpful if you have completed a few sewing projects beforehand, as this will give you a better understanding of constructing clothes.
  Pattern master/clear grading ruler, mechanical pencil, A3 paper and clear scotch tape are helpful for the course.
