Enjoy our traditional hands-on pasta-making workshop in Surry Hills!

This class is an amazing journey through the secrets of Italian traditional pasta making: the best local organic ingredients, traditional techniques and tips to prepare the finest fresh pasta from scratch.

Learn the secrets of pasta flour mixes, enjoy creating your pasta dough and try to stretch the finest pasta sheets to produce different types of filled and plain pasta.

From filled puffy ravioli to small and yummy cappelletti, long linguine, twisted strozzapreti, you will see and produce a wide selection of the different shapes and sizes of traditional fresh pasta.

At the end of the class you will enjoy a meal that includes your own creations:

  • Mixed organic tossed leaf salad
  • Two types of pasta
  • A complimentary glass of organic wine
  • A pack of fresh Strozzapretti pasta and tomato and basil sauce (to take home)

This class includes all vegetarian and traditional ingredients. If you have any dietary requirements just let us know in advance, and it will be accommodated for.

Class was fantastic, so much fun. All materials provided. I am booked in to do another class here. Fabulous.
Please note that Fabio can be hard to hear at times (I had this issue, but it might just be me)

The class is really good value for money. Anna and Fabio were great teachers, hands-on and clearly passionate about making pasta. We were taught to hand-roll and make two types of pastas. And later the chefs whipped up a great lunch with the pastas we had made. A really fun way to spend a Saturday arvo with friends or your partner!
