  • 5/5 from Amy Crawley, attended Aug 2026: The whole atmostphere of this class was really authentic. The teacher was really friendly and took the time to help each person. The lovely finishing tough was eating what we had all made, after the chef had worked thier magic....and all with a glass of wine. Perfect! It was such an enojoyable experience, and will come back with our teenagers next time as I think they willalso enjoy it!

  • 5/5 from Mary Rose Lee, attended Jul 2026: This was my second time experiencing this class, and if given the opportunity, I would happily do it all over again. I had a wonderful time bonding with my daughter, who has always loved cooking, especially making pasta. The experience left such a positive impression on her that as soon as we got home, she cooked the sample pasta our teacher had gifted us. She was so inspired by the flavours we tasted during the class and has since been buying fresh ingredients to recreate what she learned. Thank you to Pasta Emilia for such a wonderful and memorable learning experience. What made it even more special was the quality time I spent with my daughter. It gave us the chance to reconnect, share a meaningful experience together, and bond over great food and wonderful company. We are both grateful for the memories we created.

  • 5/5 from Danielle Bennett, attended May 2026: Great fun and beautiful food
  • 4/5 from Clemence Le Sayec, attended May 2026: It was a really unique experience! The whole experience was so fun, the only part that was disappointing is that everyone’s pasta is mixed together in the same pot and served randomly at the end, and you don’t get to eat the pasta you specifically made.
  • 5/5 from Belinda Bool, attended Feb 2026: We loved it! It was great learning how to make the dough and use the pasta machine. We made some fettuccine and some ricotta ravioli which we then ate with 2 delicious sauces, a side salad and wine. We were also given some fresh pasta to take home. It was a very course and a great gift.
  • 5/5 from Paul Chew, attended Jan 2026: Amazing day, the team at Emilia were so kind and the food was excellent. The class itself is easy to follow and i loved it!
  • 4/5 from Michelle Coram, attended Jan 2026: I loved the teacher- she was warm, knowledgable and enthusiastic. I felt for $150 it was a little on the expensive side as the teaching element was about equivalent to the eating element, whcih was fun but maybe not the main reason for being there. It would be good to learn a bit more about pasta styles, history, the flour used, where the colourings come from etc. That said, I loved the hands on nature of it and just getting into it. The space was also beautiful. It was a really lovely morning.

  • 5/5 from Andrea Watson, attended Oct 2025: This was a great experience - definitely more fun to do with a friend/partner as there was a delicious meal afterwards and some people were on their own and it looked a little awkward, but I definitely recommend the class! I feel so much more confident about making pasta now and I actually really want to go back and eat at Pasta Emilia as the food and wine was AMAZING. Thank you so much

  • 5/5 from Sirini de Silva, attended Oct 2024: I really enjoyed this class. However I felt the class was a little too big to have attention from the tutor. The tutor was great and made the class fun and enjoyable. The dishes they made for us using the fresh pasta we made were delicious too.

  • 5/5 from Andrew Phillips, attended May 2024: I was given a voucher as a birthday gift to attend this course. Anna the teacher was great. She was engaging and made us all feel comfortable while creating our pasta The venue was great, and the chance to eat our creations was even better The tools we were given were good And I learnt how to make pasta that I would eat. The venue Pasta Emelia was very good and had an excellent Italian feel to it. In addition to Anna’s Italian background made for an authentic course. Being able to meet other people and have a informal talk while making the pasta and then being able to eat it at the end was the best part.
  • 5/5 from Courtney Pearce, attended Apr 2024: My husband and I LOVED the pasta making We will definitely be returning to do the Gnocchi & Sauces class - Our chef instructor was so lovely and easy to follow. • 5/5 from Daniel Teudt, attended Feb 2024: Anna was amazing! We definitely will go again, it’s a great mix of story and understanding of the techniques and opportunity to talk about what brought you to the class and discuss with others.
  • 5/5 from Yasmin Farhart, attended Feb 2024: It was great, I enjoyed making my own pasta, but like what the other reviews have said all of the pastas get mixed together in which can be uncomfortable for people to eat as I wanted to eat the pasta I created. I like how Emilia helped everyone make their own pasta, she’s a very helpful teacher.
