Learn how to make tofu from soybeans, ‘kakiage’ (a type of tempura) with matcha green tea salt. Prepare ‘shiroae’, a dish consisting of spinach, konnyaku, carrots, tofu, miso and sesame dressing.
Balance your healthy meal with mouth watering matcha sweets to conclude the workshop.
