Discover simple ways to make handmade, great-tasting cheese at home. This workshop is not a demo class, you will be required to make cheese. You will be guided through the process of cheese making. Due to the Kitchen size, there is only a limited number of spots available for this 5 hour workshop. All ingredients are included in this workshop to make cheese.
In this workshop, Valerie Pearson will guide you through each step, and answer any questions you may have.
After this cheese-making workshop, you will be able to purchase the equipment you need to start making your own cheese at home. Armed with that, along with the knowledge you picked up in this workshop, you will be ready to set off on your own adventures into cheese-land!

Lac-to Fermentation and gut health, art of budget meal planning, cheese and yogurt making, and learning to make the best ever sour dough bread.
We are dedicated to providing a creative outlet for adults and kids of all ages, where they can explore a variety of projects and have fun.
