Now is your chance to learn the techniques behind creating simple yet delicious dishes, this Rustic Italian Part 2 cooking class will help you lose the fear of attempting to make your own Italian feast from scratch as you follow step by step, fail-safe recipes that will produce amazing dishes every time.

Learn the techniques behind creating simple yet delicious Italian dishes that will Wow your friends and family. This class is the winning class – golden arancini balls, silkiest gnocchi in town and holy cannoli for dessert. So much in one class, make sure to bring take-home containers!

During the class, you will make:

  • Porcini Arancini (you'll learn how to make perfect risotto at the same time)
  • House-made Gnocchi with traditional SUGO and burnt sage butter sauce (gluten-free friendly!)
  • Chocolate or vanilla ricotta cannoli

You will also learn the secret authentic Italian ingredients that really make an Italian dish and how to use them with ease. You will feel confident repeating each recipe at home and create food that is even better than your local Italian restaurant. For those with dietary requirements, gluten-free and vegetarian can be easily catered for.

Come alone, bring a friend or partner, or bring the whole family!

Please note: The menu is based on available seasonal produce and is subject to change at the experience provider's discretion. Pasta/gnocchi will always be included. You will work and cook together as a team, and shared workspace and the kitchen equipment with other participants. A group cooking session with partial group participation is the most effective and fun way to add to your cooking skills. To ensure the class finishes on time some elements of the dishes are demonstrated. The class is held in a fully licensed venue so you are unable to BYO.

Note: Groups of four or more guests will get their own private table.

Suitable for adults, and kids (minimum 12 years old). An adult must accompany any attending kids. The adult may observe at the class for free.

Class was fantastic - person who ran it was very knowledgeable. They need to revise their offering though as there was no welcome platter but so much food at then end that was delicious.

I enjoyed the course but I got a bit sick of the amount of carbohydrates (bread, bread, rice, pasta, pasta), and the bland sugo which featured in two of the four couses, especially having just done part one a few days prior. I love Italian food and I was looking forward to showing off my new skills, but I don't want Italian food again for at least one month. Part one and part two should have been very diffetent, and I prefer my dishes to contain more meat.
I also didn't like the dessert at all which is unusual, considering I love sweet things. It also took ages to make. Couldn't we do do something else?
