Hi, I’m Elena, a professionally qualified pastry chef based in Sydney.

I hold a Certificate III in Patisserie in Australia and have spent many years creating custom cakes, layered desserts and European-style pastries for private clients.

My background is inspired by European patisserie — elegant, balanced desserts with beautiful textures, light creams and refined flavours, rather than heavy buttercream-style cakes.

For the past four years, I have been working in a professional pastry production in Sydney, creating desserts to commercial standards every day.

In my workshops, I love sharing practical techniques, professional tips and recipes that students can confidently recreate at home. My classes are small, relaxed and beginner-friendly, with personal guidance for every guest.
