Mindfulness for intermediates is for those who have completed the Mind Body Energy Introductory Course or for those with some mindfulness experience. Learn online in a small group with mindfulness expert, Alison Hutchens.

I am an accredited Mindfulness Facilitator specialising in corporate programs. I am a registered Mindfulness Facilitator with the Australian and International Meditation Teachers Associations, a Genos Emotional Intelligence Assessor and Coach, NLP Practitioner,Mental Health First Aid Trainer and a Registered Sleep Coach.

I also teach community mindfulness programs for adults and children. My own children’s “Zen Warrior” Mindfulness Program is featured on Qantas in-flight entertainment via Kinderling Kid's radio.
