This self-care online class is designed to inform, empower and protect individuals from stress, overwhelm, compassion fatigue and burnout.

At Mind, Body, Energy, we know that everyone wants to feel less stress, be more productive and generally be happier. Leading a mindful life is the solution.

The problem is that most of us don't know how to make that happen. We don't know how to start living a mindful life, or how to fix one which is not rewarding us with the peace and success we seek. And there may be problems we aren't even aware of which are inhibiting our growth and happiness.

We believe that no one should have to feel this way; we understand the feelings because we were there too.

So, we took our personal experiences, added our expertise and designed a path to mindful living.

It isn't always easy, and it certainly doesn't happen over night, but mindful living is within reach of anyone willing to do the work.

I am an accredited Mindfulness Facilitator specialising in corporate programs. I am a registered Mindfulness Facilitator with the Australian and International Meditation Teachers Associations, a Genos Emotional Intelligence Assessor and Coach, NLP Practitioner,Mental Health First Aid Trainer and a Registered Sleep Coach.

I also teach community mindfulness programs for adults and children. My own children’s “Zen Warrior” Mindfulness Program is featured on Qantas in-flight entertainment via Kinderling Kid's radio.
