Bunty our teacher was lovely and very easy going.
Was a fun class with Amanda and Russell who were also doing the course.

I had a great time at the course. Bunty, the instructor, was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly. She put a lot of effort into ensuring all 'students' learnt many interesting and valuable coffee related tidbits throughout the day - from growing, roasting, grinding and making coffee. The class covered the theory of coffee making, but focused on the practical aspects of making a quality espresso and milk based drinks. Each student had their own espresso machine to operate and maintain as well as plenty of time to make some delicious coffees. The course was great value for money and the feeling when you make the best cappuccino and cafe latte you've ever tasted, well that's priceless.

Teacher's response

Thank you, Chris, for sharing your experience at the coffee course. It sounds like you found it both educational and enjoyable. Learning about coffee from growing to brewing is always a great experience. I'm so glad you found it value for money, especially when it results in making the best cappuccino and cafe latte ever! Cheers to more delicious coffee-making adventures.

The course location was easily accessible. A lot of information was supplied at the time of joining the course, communication was great. Bunty, (who ran the course) was passionate, friendly and very experienced. You are given the opportunity to be trained in multiple machine types. This gives you confidence to help when applying to any job (involving coffee making!) A very positive experience!

Teacher's response

Thank You so much for your feedback Kim. I really enjoyed meeting you all. I think perhaps a short morning tea break would be a good idea. I'll try it out with our next class.
Thanks again.
