Learn the French way to make macarons in this fun cooking class in Sydney! You will learn how to make macarons in different colours and sizes to an industry standard.
This class is perfect for beginners and anyone looking to upgrade their dessert-making skills.
During this class, you will learn how to:
  • Mix ingredients
  • Make an Italian or French meringue
  • The process of “macaroning”(it sounds ok in French) the mix to obtain the right consistency
  • Piping and baking
  • Decorate and finish macarons to an industry-standard
At the end of the class, you will leave with your handmade macarons, the recipes and plenty of tips and tricks to help you recreate them at home!
