If you're new to mindfulness, don't worry - this workshop is designed for beginners. You'll be gently guided through the process, learning how to incorporate mindfulness into your daily routines and interactions.

Using a variety of mindfulness practices and activities, you'll explore different ways to cultivate awareness and presence in your life. You may find yourself feeling more grounded, calm, and centred as you continue to practise these techniques.

Your teacher

Tracey is an educator and psychologist with over 30 years experience. Tracey will introduce you to Mindful Psychology which integrates Eastern Mindfulness with Western Psychology. Her classes will present practical, real and achievable practices that are easily integrated into everyday life.
