What you'll do
Join our experienced barista who will take you through a very dynamic coffee brewing and barista workshop. The instructor will guide you and help you to hone your coffee prep skills.
In this workshop, you will learn how to properly operate the coffee machine, make different types of coffee, foam the milk correctly and clean and maintain the coffee machine. You will get some hands-on practice preparing and serving espresso coffee, long blacks and two Australian favourites, the cappuccino and the coffee latte.
You and your team will have some fun and leave with all of the skills needed to keep making coffee at your workplace. There will be some fun and a sense of competitiveness amongst you all during the class.
What to bring
- Provide at least five to eight litre of full cream milk at your workplace
