What you'll do

Movement & Expressive Arts Facilitator, Cathy Williams from Intuitive Self, guides you through a mid-week exploration.

An evening of:

~ CONNECTION
~ EXPLORATION
~ EMBODIMENT &
~ EXPRESSION

From the comfort of your own home, jump online - cameras on or off, whatever feels comfortable - and arrive to ground & BE with what is present for you.

Cathy will guide you with a body-connection practice, before the music and her invitational prompts get you moving intentionally and intuitively with what is ALIVE within you.

Each MOVE TOGETHER has a new weekly theme to explore!

We creatively integrate with drawing and writing prompts, with opportunity to share and be seen & witnessed within the loving group at the end (optional).

*If you are unable to make the live, at participants request - Cathy records the sessions and if you sign up, you will be sent the Zoom recording to do in your own time :) A very generous resource for your well-being!

A unique movement and expressive therapy practice which supports you to strengthen your connection to self.

It has been Cathy's experience and observation that within our Western society we can often get caught in an overly busy must-be-productive rush, consumed with external forces seeking to distract and numb us from our feelings, taking us from the present moment and distancing ourselves from connecting with our innate Body Wisdom and Intuitive guidance.

Cathy believes strongly that the answers we often seek lie within and advocates the transformative healing powers movement and creative art modalities offer in strengthening our ability to listen to, trust in and follow our Intuition.

Encouraging clients agency and creative self-discovery, Cathy holds nourishing spaces with a trauma-informed lens, guiding individuals and groups through experiences which inspire curious inquiry and aim to enhance their access to inner resources which support them in navigating the ebb and flow of this wild life.
