Join us for a delightful pasta and bread-making class in Sydney, where you will learn the art of creating delicious pasta and focaccia from scratch. Get ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into this hands-on workshop led by the experienced Sneh Roy. In this Italian cooking class, you will:
  • Learn to make Fettuccine
  • Create a Delicious Creamy Tomato Vodka Pasta Sauce / Vegetarian & Prawn Options
  • Master the art of crafting Instant 2.5-Hour Focaccia along with Two Delicious Italian Sides for dipping
+ Wine & Tiramisu for dessert.
As you immerse yourself in the class, you will be guided through the process step by step, ensuring a fun and interactive experience. The session will conclude with a leisurely lunch where you will indulge in the fruits of your labour, accompanied by wine and a traditional tiramisu for dessert.
Throughout the workshop, you will be working with high-quality ingredients under the expert guidance of Sneh Roy. By the end of the class, you will not only have new culinary skills but also a sense of confidence to try out the recipes in your own kitchen. You will receive all printed recipes and instructions.

You will not only learn the techniques for making pasta and focaccia from scratch but also take away heaps of tips and tricks to overcome hurdles and troubleshoot recipes, along with delicious serving ideas.
What to bring
Aprons will be provided along with recipes and workshop notes. Feel free to bring your own apron if you prefer. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes (preferably closed-toe).
