Watch as celebrated chef Yoshiko Takeuchi prepares miso before you, then try it yourself, with Yoshiko's easy and failure-free way. Learn the various types of miso and t heir benefits, plus the secrets of Japanese health and weight loss. Cook delicious, healthy and simple dishes using miso and other Japanese superfoods to enjoy for your lunch. As an added bonus, you'll take home freshly made miso to enjoy later or to impress friends and family.

Also, all of Yoshiko's classes (except the "Japanese Cooking Class (Advanced)") are suitable for vegans.

Yoshiko is a very enthusiastic teacher who is very good at imparting her knowledge and
getting the members of the class to work together while making sure that all participants had a hand in producing the result.
The class was valuable in helping de-mystify the making of miso.
The resulting lunch wa "oishii katta desu"
