Create your own batch of miso from soybeans: a delicious, unpasteurised, organic and nutrient rich superfood.

Did you know that most miso is dead, but real miso, which has more nutrients and is tastier, is alive? And that most Japanese restaurants serve you dead miso, coupled with lots of MSG?

Watch as celebrated chef Yoshiko Takeuchi prepares miso before you, then try it yourself, with Yoshiko's easy and failure-free way. Learn the various types of miso and t heir benefits, plus the secrets of Japanese health and weight loss. Cook delicious, healthy and simple dishes using miso and other Japanese superfoods to enjoy for your lunch. As an added bonus, you'll take home freshly made miso to enjoy later or to impress friends and family.

Also, all of Yoshiko's classes (except the "Japanese Cooking Class (Advanced)") are suitable for vegans.
