Discover how to make your salads shine at this hands-on class in Potts Point! Guided by Alex and Jaimee, you'll be shown how to make delicious, seasonal salads, perfect for entertaining.
We will begin with the fundamentals of seasonal eating and give you three interchangeable master recipes for slaws, leafy greens and hearty salads that make a complete meal.
The lessons you learn in this workshop will be the building blocks of both your midweek salad and the fanciest show-off salad. You will also learn the little extra tricks that make a salad sing – we'll talk you through quick pickles, spiced roasted fruits, toasted seeds and nuts, and punchy dressings. Come hungry, this is a class for learning and eating!
Sample a variety of salads, learn the secrets to making exceptional dressings and a few knifes skills that will make a real difference to the aesthetic and texture of your salads.
