Sound Cradle & Meditation Experience

Join us for our monthly Aerial Sound Cradle, where you'll have the chance to enjoy a guided meditation & sound experience while suspended in mid-air, fully supported in our silk cradles or hammock chairs.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Ticket will be charged at $15 to reserve a floor space, you will then be asked to select your preference for Full Silk ($35 total) or Fabric Seated Cradle ($25 total) at checkout. We will then confirm availability and issue you an invoice for the balance to secure that spot.

These events have minimum number requirements to run (*6 min attendees)

Please note: Public dates for this class require at least 6 guests to run. In the unlikely event that we don't reach this number, we'll cancel the class; in this case we'll inform you and allow you to get a refund or reschedule, so please watch your email/SMS one day prior to the class.

Attendees should feel comfortable in a suspended (zero gravity) sensation. However, there are ticket options to enjoy the sound journey on the ground also for those who do not wish to be suspended.
  Attendees who choose the full body hammock may wish to bring a small pillow (although the hammock is fully supportive). A light blanket which we can position over you once you are settled and socks if you tend to feel the cold.
