Not worth $180 and we didn’t get to do fermentation. Need more time. The teacher was amazing though.

Caitlyn demonstrated and taught us how to use naturally sourced ingredients to make some skincare products and household cleaning products. The venue was a lovely kitchen and dining area. Caitlyn was informative and kind. These products were easy to make and I feel confident to make them myself.

Teacher Fei was very knowledgeable and pleasant, happy to assist and easy to understand. She made this hands-on experience very enjoyable. She provided everything needed for our sourdough class and more: Instruction booklet, bread tasting with salad, olives and sundried tomatoes, 2 take home loaves to cook and starter to continue on with at home. I now have the knowledge and confidence to make my own sourdough bread.
