  • 5/5 from Susan Ellicott, attended Nov 2023: My partner Terry and I thoroughly enjoyed our vegetarian cooking class with Paul last night. What a great teacher he is! So knowledgeable on technique and nutrition. We learnt so much from Paul on how to cook well (e.g., on ingredients, how to detect freshness, which oils and spices & the right temperature to use, how to cut corners and make cooking easy). The atmosphere was very conducive to students doing the cooking and to the teacher demonstrating. The meals we made were super delicious. Everything was very generously provided (including wine for those who wanted it). We ate the delicious food we cooked - and there was plenty to take home! I can't recommend this experience highly enough. Photo of super yummy roasted eggplant dish attached. We'll be coming back for sure!
