In this five hour workshop, Lisa will guide you through covering a cake with sharp edges, crafting beautiful wafer florals and mastering the art of stencilling.
This class is ideal for those who have covered a cake previously but would like to learn some additional skills, such as wafer florals and stenciling.
By the end of the class, you will take home a gorgeous six inch finished cake, showcasing the skills you've learnt.
