My sensei is not only incredibly talented and skilled in the art of wagashi, but also exceptionally kind, patient and brings a lot of positive energy. Her generosity in sharing her knowledge and expertise truly touched me. Together, we created seven beautiful wagashi, and I cannot describe the joy I felt when I completed my very first one—it was like a dream come true. I was also fascinated by the traditional tools she brought from Japan, which added so much authenticity to the experience. This session is more than just a learning opportunity; it is a calming and healing escape from the stresses of daily life. I wholeheartedly recommend this class to anyone who wishes to explore the delicate art of wagashi-making.
