Open to all women, no prior experience necessary.
Join us for a nurturing 2-hour yoga session designed to support women through perimenopause and menopause.
This workshop offers a thoughtful and calming sequence of restorative poses and breathwork to address common physical and emotional challenges experienced during this phase of life, including:
  • Hot flushes
  • Mood changes
  • Fatigue and sleep disturbances
  • Anxiety and overwhelm
  • Joint stiffness & muscle tension
The workshop will explore calming, grounding, and restorative asanas and supportive variations to suit a range of needs.
This session will offer tools to ease discomfort and reconnect with your inner balance.
This workshop is offered by Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher Kim.
What to bring
You are welcome to bring your yoga mat. Yoga Props (bolsters, blocks, etc) available at the studio.

Hills Yoga has been serving the Hills community since 1999. We have over 40 years of practice and teaching yoga, meditation and specialised classes. We provide a supportive, non-competitive and peaceful space where you can grow, explore and deepen your yoga practice with highly skilled teachers.
Founded by Corinne Doret, Hills Yoga has been offering yoga, meditation and specialised classes to the Hills community since 1999.
Classes are suitable for all levels of practice, from beginners to experienced students. We recognise that we are all different hence we do not follow a one-size-fits-all teaching/practice approach. Alignment taught in class respects the individual unique needs - what works for one body may not work for another so students are encouraged to work at their own level and adjust their practice to their needs. Modifications for poses, individual focus and personal instruction is provided. Savasan (deep relaxation) is practised at end of class.

Our specious studio is conveniently located in the heart of Castle Hill and is fully equipped. We are close to Castle Hill train station and buses, with ample free parking at the rear of the studio.
Our teachers are highly skilled with years of teaching & personal practice.​
