Zushi is a modern Japanese restaurant.

The Darlinghurst location first opened on 3rd October 2005 and after some success our second restaurant – Zushi Surry Hills opened 2010. Third venue that was opened is Zushi Barangaroo – on October 4, 2016.

Our Zushi Philosophy is to create a no fuss, value-for-money Japanese dining experience in Sydney where quality is the focus. We try to celebrate what food means to people.

At Zushi we specialise in coupling the subtlety and beauty of Japanese food with a modern twist by using carefully sourced local ingredients. Our dishes are designed to share, inspired by the love of sharing food amongst friends and family.
