Eat Your Sushi
Once your kids have made the sushi, they will sit down and get to taste their creations.
- Knife Mastery: Learn how to handle a knife safely, including proper slicing techniques to minimise accidents.
- Nigiri Basics: Learn how to make traditional nigiri sushi.
- Signature Roll: Create your own signature roll using the mise-en-place prepared at the beginning of the class, and get creative with your choice of toppings and sauces!

Knowledge required
This class builds on the skills acquired in both our Beginner and Intermediate Kids Masterclasses, so it is highly recommended that your child complete those before attempting this one.
What to bring
Students may bring their own knives if they wish. Your kid should be comfortable handling knives at a basic level. If they have little to no experience with knives, we highly recommend that you hang around to help supervise them.
