Bachelorette Festa Ceramic Painting Workshop

Join this special Italian bachelorette ceramic painting workshop at Studio Soli in Melbourne, where you will learn about the ancient art of ceramic painting!

In this class, you will be guided through the ceramic painting process. Inspired by the majolica ceramics of Amalfi coast, you'll paint your very own handmade ceramic vessel with your own unique designs.

Enjoy an aperitivo of prosecco (or sparkling apple juice) and traditional antipasto while you explore your creativity.

You'll also get to receive a special bomboniere (traditional Italian party favour) of a small handmade ceramic gift.

Please note:

• Workshops require a minimum of ten attendees to run.
• After the class, pieces will be fired by the studio and ready to collect in four to six weeks' time. Once fired, your piece will be food-safe, waterproof, dishwasher and microwave safe.
• Workshops are held at various venues in Carlton, Brunswick and surrounding areas. Location is based on booking size and availability. Our usual venue is on Rathdowne Street in Carlton North. If you would like to confirm the venue before booking please let us know.

No prerequisite skills. We will teach you all you need to know.

• A roll of instax film to use throughout the class to make cute, memorable photos!

Each workshop includes:

• A handmade ceramic piece produced by Studio Soli.; choice of a cup, bowl or plate.
• Expert instruction in the application of ceramic painting techniques on three-dimensional objects.
• All creative tools and equipment provided; including paint (ceramic underglaze), glaze, brushes, sketching materials, apron etc.
• Firing for your ceramic piece.
• A handmade food-safe ceramic vessel painted by you!
