She likes to make coffee for her parents so I thought it might develop her skills and be a fun activity to do together. Bunty was a fabulous, engaging trainer who is obviously passionate about coffee and her customers experience of it. The course was very informative and a good amount of time was spent hands on practicing making and tasting the coffee and managing our own coffee machine with Bunty’s guidance. We really enjoyed the day and felt that we gained a lot of new knowledge and had fun practicing our newly acquired skills.
  • 5/5 from Suz Mawer, attended May 2024: Bunty is such a knowledgeable and funny teacher! From the small group to the balance between learning and doing, this course was designed for maximum impact. Highly recommend!
  • 5/5 from Linda Young, attended Mar 2024: Class was very good and interesting learning all about different Coffees as well as the history of the Coffee beans. Bunty our teacher was lovely and very easy going. Was a fun class with Amanda and Russell who were also doing the course. Was also great that we all had our own Coffee machine. Regards Linda
  • 5/5 from Robyn Wilson, attended Feb 2024: I had a great time at the course. Bunty, the instructor, was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly. She put a lot of effort into ensuring all 'students' learnt many interesting and valuable coffee related tidbits throughout the day - from growing, roasting, grinding and making coffee. The class covered the theory of coffee making, but focused on the practical aspects of making a quality espresso and milk based drinks. Each student had their own espresso machine to operate and maintain as well as plenty of time to make some delicious coffees. The course was great value for money and the feeling when you make the best cappuccino and cafe latte you've ever tasted, well that's priceless.
  • 5/5 from Kim Down, attended Nov 2023: The course location was easily accessible. A lot of information was supplied at the time of joining the course, communication was great. Bunty, (who ran the course) was passionate, friendly and very experienced. You are given the opportunity to be trained in multiple machine types. This gives you confidence to help when applying to any job (involving coffee making!) A very positive experience!
