- 2/5 from Jessica Douglass, attended Jul 2021: Unfortunately not a great experience with this company. I've done lots of ClassBento classes and ordered a lot of kits and never had as many problems as I have with this company. Ordered 5 kits in total (Total of 8 lamps. I wanted to make them as gifts and such) and had problems with 4 of them. Broken parts, missing items and 1 order not sent for over a month even when I emailed them 3 times asking where it was. If I had known the issues I would face, I wouldn't have ordered more than 1. I was excited by the possibilities of the kit. Poor organisation and not a great experience. More attention needs to be put into how they run the business as such terrible customer experience
