Our teacher took us on an interesting and informative winding road through the champagne region, I particularly liked having the map there to see where each region was and how it all connected together. Lovely champagnes, good to have a few in there I wasn’t familiar with and such a relaxing fun activity to do with my wonderful friends. Extra nice touch was the delicious cheese and nibbles, would definently recommend this.

The class was small (8 people) and the champagnes were a mix of classics and small producers. It was the first class, so it was all a bit of an experiment, but I think they are on to something! Great for a date or as a pre-lunch/dinner outing with friends. The room is in the middle of their gorgeous wine shop, which made for fun pre/post-browsing.
