- 3/5 from Lianne Mobbs, attended Sep 2026: Great class. It would be preferred if they survey us before class to determine what types of dumplings we make eg prawn vs vegetable vs pork. Overall, it was educational but I would’ve liked more focus on making the pastry and filling whereas it was already done for us and we only focused on how to seal them
