Join in our online relaxation course and leave each session feeling more relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated.

During each beginner-friendly class, our registered clinical hypnotherapist Errol Madder will start by running a deep guided relaxation. Errol will then go through some stress management techniques, anxiety management techniques, breathing exercises or whatever it is the group would like help around in relation to feeling more relaxed and less stressed.

Often deep guided relaxation can be extremely helpful and beneficial for one's mind, body and soul. Taking some time out of your busy day to day life and enjoying some 'me time' can leave you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, restored and most importantly deeply relaxed.

Session repeats

After the first session, subsequent sessions can be arranged with the teacher, at a time that suits you.
