My educational motto is to distill the essence of my 15-year coffee journey into bite-sized, enjoyable lessons, delivered with ease and enthusiasm.About 15 years ago, my coffee journey began as an F&B waiter at a 5-star hotel in Canberra. Fortunate to delve into the world of coffee, my passion flourished, leading me to ONA cafe for several years. Upon relocating to Sydney in 2019, I established Nathan Coffee School, and more recently, inaugurated my own training center in Strathfield, embodying my commitment to excellence in coffee education. Our class is for beginners, baristas, cafe owners and for fun!
