What you'll do
Looking for festive things to do in Melbourne to help you get into the Christmas spirit? Relax in a fun atmosphere while learning how to make your own ceramic Christmas decoration in this pottery class in our Strathmore studio.
In this beginner-friendly pottery class, you will learn how to make your very own Christmas ornament by hand with the best clay quality and then decorate and colour it.
Your friendly teacher will take you through a detailed yet enjoyable process on how to create your pottery Christmas pieces to enjoy for years and years to come. Plus, you'll even carve your name and sign your piece!
While you learn a whole range of new clay hand-building skills, you'll also have the chance to relax in the welcoming and casual atmosphere, connecting with like-minded creatives and taking some much-needed time for yourself during this busy season.
At the end of the class, you will leave your ceramic piece at the studio to be fired and glazed. You can then pick up your piece two weeks later, fired shiny and ready for you to use!

- The ticket price is not refundable. In case of any new COVID-19 restrictions affecting this class, we will keep your credit for any future reservation.
- Pieces will be ready on the 24th of December for pick up.
