In this fun and relaxed class (featured on Women's Weekly), you'll enjoy ocean views while learning to make chocolate.
You'll learn to do hand tempering on marble, which is a traditional French technique. Some of the yummy treats you'll make with your own two hands are a chocolate bar, moulded chocolate, as well as chocolate lollipops with artwork and freckles!
You'll be eating as you go, and each guest will take away a sample bag of items made on the day, as well as a certificate.
This one-and-a-half-hours class covers less theory than our other three-hour class, and involves more chocolate making. So if you're mostly interested in having a good time and eating/taking more chocolate, this one-and-a-half-hour class is the class for you; in the three-hour class your fee goes more towards paying for the instruction and theory elements.
We require a minimum number of six participants to run the class. Should there not be sufficient numbers the week prior to the class date (unlikely but does happen sometimes), we will contact you to reschedule your booking.
This class is a great idea for a private event (minimum 6 guests). Just use our Requests feature to set up a time. All ages welcome (if you plan to bring little ones, please be sure that you bring along enough adult guests to take care of them).
Please note:
- This class uses milk chocolate, however, if you book a private class you can also choose from dark or white chocolate.
- The minimum age requirement for this class is 13, however, if you book a private class all ages are welcome.
None required, just a love (or at least liking) for chocolate!

A goodie bag of everything you make and a certificate of attendance.

Please wear closed shoes, a mask and bring aprons. Everything else is provided! You must sign in with the NSW Health QR code.
