My name is Antonika.

I'm a yoga teacher and founder of ensō body.

In Japanese calligraphy, ensō is an uninterrupted brushstroke of a circular form. It represents a state where ‘the mind can be free to let the body create’. To me, yoga has an emphasis on ensō where the physical body can take whatever form we choose as an expression of our true and innermost self.

ensō body was created with the intention to help others move, rest and reconnect to themselves. I love encouraging others to seek out their most embodied self. ensō body is here to support you on your journey and to embrace these unique experiences through movement and rest.

A delightful way to spend a day with some friends. We loved the really relaxing yin yoga session, and learning more about Japanese calligraphy. The sumi-e intro was beyond amazing, I loved the tension between white space and just enough detail. I'll keep on learning about the craft.

The teachers were exceptionally considerate and respectful, paired with the relaxing setting of the aesthetic and spacious venue, provided a deeply relaxing afternoon activity.
The yoga mats, blocks, and bolsters were provided, as well as all the painting equipment. We only needed to bring ourselves! Great value for money.
I learnt a more relaxing side to yoga, whilst still having the option to push myself if I felt like it. I also learnt the amazing art style of sumi-e ink painting, which is really cool! I enjoyed it thoroughly enough to start buying my own equipment to practice on my own. I'll be back!
