Lots of hands on experience and lots of tips and tricks that you can’t get from watching a YouTube tutorial alone. Hankerie is a master of snowskin mooncake! I was able to replicate every step the next day with my daughters (aged 8 and 5) using our own hello kitty molds. The recipe is also absolutely delicious. We now have a handful of Mooncake to gift our family and friends. + more

We went as a birthday gift for my daughter and we loved it. Jude was very informative and has a great nose. She guided us into making our favourite fragrances.
